Welcome to Max's Mobile Detailing LLC! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our mobile detailing services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Offered
Max's Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, waxing, interior cleaning, and polishing. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and vehicle condition.
2. Appointments & Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or app.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

No-Show Policy: Failure to be present at the agreed location and time without notice may result in an upcharge in the future.
3. Service Locations
We are a mobile service and will perform detailing at your home, office, or other approved locations. Please ensure:

There is a safe, legal, and accessible location for us to work.

Water and power are available (Spicket & Outlet required only we bring the rest).

All valuables are removed from the vehicle prior to service and areas not cleared out by the client will not be touched, such as glove boxes.
4. Vehicle Condition
We may adjust the final service charge based on the actual condition of the vehicle, such as excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards, or heavily soiled interiors. We will inform you prior to starting work if extra charges apply.
5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services.

A deposit may be required for certain bookings or services.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds or re-service are granted at our discretion.
7. Liability
Max's Mobile Detailing LLC is insured and takes great care in delivering high-quality service. However:

We are NOT liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

We are NOT responsible for valuables left in the vehicle.

Certain services may carry inherent risks (e.g., water spot removal, scratch removal), and customers assume responsibility for authorizing such services.
8. Weather Policy
Weather conditions may impact our ability to provide services. If inclement weather prevents safe or effective service, we will notify you to reschedule at no additional charge.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected for booking and communication purposes only and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not & will not ever sell or share your data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
